Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is formulated with a high-quality synthetic hydrocarbon base oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener.[2] This composition creates a lubricating film highly resistant to mechanical loads.[2] It features excellent water resistance and a strong sealing effect.[2] It operates effectively across a wide service temperature range, with a drop point of ≥ 230 °C. The base oil viscosity is approximately 400 mm²/s at 40 °C.

Application Scenarios:
This grease is engineered for sealed or non-relubricatable rolling and plain bearings subjected to high loads and extreme temperatures.[2] It is particularly effective in heavy industries, such as for support rollers in continuous casting installations and conveyor roller bearings in continuous furnaces within the steel industry.[3] Its superior wear resistance also makes it suitable for roller bearings in wood pellet presses and plain bearings in forging presses.[3] Application is versatile and can be done via spatula, grease gun, or centralized lubrication systems.[2]
